It was a good read and had some good info, not the best I've read, but not the worst either. I guess if you were just starting out and were looking for a solid starting point, this would be your book.

Informative without being too brand specific. Lots of good checklists and equipment sources.
Hubby got these for go-bags in case of violent weather (we live in Tornado Alley). I'd like to find the non-tech version of this for everyday carry. It's capacious without being unmanageable for a small person.
Not really much new here unless you've never given this any thought. Nonetheless, well worth the read. Use what you like and consider the rest is always the best advice.
Most of what's in the book could have been covered by a fairly short article, but there are a few things that are actually pretty helpful. It is also well written and easy to read.
Small book with good information on setting up your go bag. The author has lists with options. I followed through on it and built a go bag that works for me. Bought another copy and gave it as a gift to one of my friends in our ham group.
